KKLP705 is a general purpose matte eBeam coating specifically formulated for use over select toner based inks and energy curable inks to be applied in-line or off-line via anilox coaters.

KK696 is formulated as a high gloss UV coating for application over hybrid or UV inks on paper, paperboard and select plastic stocks.

KK7096 is an acrylic-based aqueous coating formulated with materials that are Nestle Compliant and listed on Part A or B of the Swiss Ordinance for application to poly coated paperboard for packaging where low odor and low migration are a concern. KK7096 is typically applied in-line over wet ink via an anilox coating system. Kustom Koatings’ aqueous coatings do not contain zinc oxide, alcohol, or any HAP’s materials.

KK7097 is an acrylic-based aqueous coating formulated with materials that are Nestle Compliant and listed on Part A or B of the Swiss Ordinance for application to poly coated paperboard for packaging where low odor and low migration are a concern. KK913 is recommended for use as a benzophenone free, amine free and optical brightener free UV primer coating. Typical applications include paper, paperboard and a variety of plastic and non-porous stocks.

KK811 is a low migration high gloss UV coating formulated with no California Proposition 65 raw materials. It is recommended for application over HP Indigo, UV hybrid or UV inks on paper, paperboard and select plastic stocks.

KK390 is recommended for use as a high gloss UV coating for plastic shrink sleeve. KK390 is formulated for good slip and other unique properties specifically for shrink sleeve application.

KK350W is a last down, low COF white for shrink sleeve. KK350W is formulated with unique properties specifically for shrink sleeve application providing improved graphics and text while allowing easy application of the finished sleeve.

KK9805 is a special effect tactile aqueous coating for application to paper and paperboard with litho in-line coaters and flexo presses that are equipped with chambered doctor blade anilox systems. Typical applications include commercial, folding carton and specialty printing work where a “Soft-Feel” matte finish is desired.

KK810 is formulated as a high gloss UV coating with great submersion water resistance when applied over hybrid or UV inks on select plastic stocks. KK810 may be evaluated for additional chemical resistance properties as well.

KK812 is formulated as a matte UV coating with great submersion water resistance when applied over hybrid or UV inks on select plastic stocks.

KKLP411 is formulated as a benzophenone free, low gloss UV coating for application over digital ink like HP Indigo. KKLP411 is specifically formulated to improve mechanical wear, rub resistance and water and chemical resistance. KKLP411 achieves these properties without the need of additional additives or crosslinkers and could be a replacement for DG901.

KK747 has high slip properties for better down-stream properties and is typically applied over hybrid or UV inks on various paper and nonporous substrates.

KK890 is a non-water containing, benzophenone free, UV curable matte coating recommended for use as a soft-touch tactile coating. KK890 should be applied in-line over energy curable litho or flexo inks as well as aqueous flexo ink systems where a soft feel is desired. KK890 does NOT contain water and will cure and protect like a standard matte UV coating. Typical applications include covers, folding cartons and non-porous labels.

KK8005 is an acrylic-based aqueous coating for application to paperboard with in-line coater/dampeners. KK8005 is has lower slide angle properties for increased slip to help during finishing. Typical applications include commercial sheetfed work when one coating is desired for broad use in the pressroom.

KK682 is formulated as a high gloss UV coating with wide range chemical resistance and submersion water resistance when applied over hybrid or UV inks on select paper and nonporous stocks. KK7083 is an acrylic-based aqueous coating formulated with materials free of prop 65 chemicals for application to paper, paperboard and non-porous substrates where low odor and low migration are a concern. KKLP3505 is a unique aqueous coating whose dried film is highly elastic while providing good chemical and water resistance. Ideal for applications on film, paper and other substrates where elongation or shrink properties are critical. KKLP3505 is typically applied in-line via an anilox coating system.
