KK9853 is an acrylic-based aqueous coating for application over HP Indigo (sizing dependent) digital ink printed on paper and paperboard substrates. KK9853 may be applied with in-line or off-line coater/dampeners.
KK8200 is an acrylic-based aqueous coating for application to paper and paperboard with in-line anilox or roller coaters. Typical applications include commercial or folding carton sheetfed work where a matte appearance is desired.
KK8100 is an acrylic-based aqueous coating for application to paper and paperboard with in-line anilox or roller coaters. Typical applications include commercial or folding carton sheetfed work where a satin appearance is desired.
KK7093 is an acrylic-based aqueous coating formulated with materials that are Nestle Compliant and listed on Part A or B of the Swiss Ordinance for application via an anilox coating system. KK7093 offers superior protection on paper and non-porous substrates while being gluable and coatable. Kustom Koatings’ aqueous coatings do not contain zinc oxide, alcohol, or any HAP’s materials.
KK0011 is a general purpose matte UV coating to be applied in-line or off-line via anilox coaters. Typical applications include printing on paper, paperboard and certain non-porous substrates where matte gloss is desired.
KKLP3505 is a unique aqueous coating whose dried film is highly elastic while providing good chemical and water resistance. Ideal for applications on film, paper and other substrates where elongation or shrink properties are critical. KKLP3505 is typically applied in-line via an anilox coating system. Kustom Koatings aqueous coatings do not contain zinc oxide, alcohol, or any HAP’s materials.
KK494 is recommended for use where UV coating needs to be foil-stamped, glued or imprinted. KK494 may also be used as a substrate sizing to improve print quality and adhesion. Typical applications include paper, paperboard and select nonporous substrates.
KKLP705 is a general purpose matte eBeam coating specifically formulated for use over select toner based inks and energy curable inks to be applied in-line or off-line via anilox coaters.
